Your name on it. Your words in it.
Nobody on your team should have to learn our vocabulary, and no client should be able to tell which platform you run.
The real chrome, four tenants. Open the page dropdown, switch the tabs. Only the brand, the words and the data change.
What you can change
Your name and your logo
The platform calls itself by your company's name — your team opens “Willow Creek OS”, not ours. Your clients get “Willow Creek Portal”. Your logo sits in the corner of both.
Your colours, type and shape
Set your brand colour and the rest of the interface follows it. Pick a typeface and it loads for everyone. Square off the corners or round them right up. Nudge the text size if your team works on a phone in bad light.
Your words for everything
Rename anything the platform calls something. A Work Order becomes a Chore, a Job, a Visit or a Booking. A Subject becomes a Horse, a Unit or a Property. Eighteen things are renameable, and the new word appears everywhere — menus, buttons, reports, the portal your clients see.
Your stages
Rename the five journey stages to the words your team already uses — Enquiries, Takeoff, Contract, Build, Warranty. Add a stage you need, drop the ceremony you don't. The platform keeps track of what each one is underneath.
Only what you use
Turn off whole areas you don't need. What's off isn't hidden behind a menu — it isn't there. The platform stays the size of your business rather than the size of our feature list.
The pages your clients see
Your booking page and your client portal carry your branding, your wording and your fields. To a customer they read as part of your business, because they are.
Why this matters more than it sounds
Every time software makes someone translate — this is what we call a Work Order, this is what you call a chore — it costs a little accuracy and a little goodwill. Multiply that by a team and a year and it’s the reason half of what a business does never makes it into the system.
Which brings it back to the beginning: a record only gets written down if writing it down is natural.
Branding and wording are set up with you during onboarding — you don’t start from a blank theme editor.
