The short version
We collect what we need to run the service and nothing we don’t. Your business data belongs to you. We don’t sell it, we don’t use it to advertise to you, and we don’t share it between customers.
What we collect
Account information — your name, email address, company name, and authentication details, so we can create your account and sign you in.
Business data you enter — the customers, work, agreements, invoices, messages, files and records you and your team put into the platform. We process this to provide the service to you. It is yours.
Connected accounts — if you connect an email or calendar account, we access it to sync the messages and events you ask us to sync, using the permissions you grant. You can disconnect at any time.
Usage and diagnostic data — errors, performance information, and basic records of what happened in your account, used to keep the service working and to provide the audit history the product depends on.
Marketing enquiries — if you book a call or ask for access, we keep what you tell us so we can respond, along with how you found us if that was in the link you followed.
Separation between customers
Each customer’s data is isolated and access is enforced at the database level, not only in the application. One customer cannot read another’s data.
Within your own account, you control who sees what — including people outside your company, such as clients, owners and subcontractors who access their own view through a portal. Those views show only what you have granted.
Automated features
The platform includes assistive features that process your business data to answer questions, draft content, and suggest actions. That processing happens through Anthropic’s API as a service provider. Your data is not used to train models.
Actions that change your data are proposed for your review before they take effect, except where you have explicitly enabled them to run automatically.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to operate the service — hosting and database infrastructure, authentication, email delivery, error monitoring, and the assistive processing described above. They process data on our instructions and only as needed to provide their part of the service.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Records the product treats as historical — audit history, financial records, versioned documents — are retained rather than deleted while the account exists, because their accuracy is the point of them.
You can ask for a copy of your data, or for your account and its data to be deleted, by emailing us. Trial and demo accounts expire and are cleaned up automatically.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email us and we’ll action it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll say so rather than quietly updating the date at the top.
